💙 Last night, Yolo CASA attended the Empower Yolo Human Trafficking Awareness Event—what an incredible experience! Hearing the panelists and survivors share their stories was powerful and inspiring. We’re especially reminded of the importance of protecting youth in foster care, who are at higher risk for exploitation. It was also inspiring to hear how local law enforcement is working to support victims and prevent trafficking. 🥹 Together, we can help ensure every child has a trusted adult and advocate in their corner. 💛 #HumanTraffickingAwareness #YouthAdvocacy #YoloCountyCASA

At The Pheasant we support the upcoming Economic Blackout. We will be open but have no expectation that anyone will make a purchase but we want to provide a space where people can gather and feel welcome. We always have a cup of tea available, books to read and comfy chairs to relax.
